Health Legislation Amendment Act 1983 No. 54 of 1983 - SECT 84

84. (1) Section 36A of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from
sub-section (1) ''establish and conduct medical benefit funds and hospital''
and substitute ''conduct health''.

(2) Any advance made by the Minister for Finance to the Commission under
sub-section 36A(1) of the Principal Act shall be deemed to have been made for
the purpose of assisting the Commission to conduct health benefits funds.
