Health Legislation Amendment Act 1983 No. 54 of 1983 - SECT 69

Application of National Health Act and Health Insurance Act 

69. Section 8B of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by omitting from sub-section (2) ''medical benefits
organization, or as a registered hospital'' and substituting ''health''; and

         (b)  by omitting from sub-section (2) all the words after ''other''
and substituting ''registered health benefits organization''.
