Health Legislation Amendment Act 1983 No. 54 of 1983 - SECT 21

Regulations may provide that medicare benefit be not payable in respect of prescribed class of professional services 

21. Section 19A of the Principal Act is amended-

         (a)  by omitting from sub-section (1) ''Commonwealth medical
benefits'' and substituting ''medicare benefits''; and

         (b)  by omitting from sub-section (2) ''Medical'' and substituting
''Medicare''.
