(1) If, on the commencement day, a child is a child mentioned in section 51C
and has a case plan that was prepared before the commencement day, the plan is
taken to have been developed under chapter 2, part 3A.
(2) A family meeting
held under the Act before the commencement day is taken to be a family group
meeting.
(3) In this section—
"commencement day" means the day chapter 2, part 3A, commences.
