NATIONAL ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION COUNCIL ACT 1994 - SECT 25
Convening of meetings
The Chairperson:
- (a)
- may, at any time, convene a meeting of the Council;
and
- (b)
- must convene a meeting of the Council when requested to do so in writing
signed by at least two-thirds of the members.
