NATIONAL ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION COUNCIL ACT 1994 - SECT 26

(1)

The Chairperson is to preside at all meetings at which he or she is present.

(2)

If the Chairperson is not present at a meeting, the members present are to elect one of their number to preside.

(3)

The Council is to keep minutes of each meeting.

(4)

Subject to this Division, the Council may regulate the conduct of the proceedings at its meetings as it thinks fit.
