48—Amendment of section 11—Appeals

        (1)         Section 11—after subsection (1) insert:

        (1a)         The Commissioner of Police may appeal to the Court against a decision of the Commissioner granting an application for a security agents licence.

        (2)         Section 11(3)—delete "The Commissioner" and substitute:

Subject to section 5B, the Commissioner

        (3)         Section 11(3)—after "the applicant" insert:

or the Commissioner of Police

        (4)         Section 11(4)—after "the applicant" insert:

or the Commissioner of Police
