Supply under bulk water supply agreement
360V Supply under bulk water supply agreement
(1) The supply of bulk services, other than the supply of an
exempt water service, may be made only under a bulk water supply agreement
between an SEQ bulk supplier and a bulk water customer for the bulk services.
(2) In this section—
"exempt water service" means a water service declared under a regulation to be
exempt from requiring a bulk water supply agreement for the supply of the
water service.
