Fees for titles registry functions
(1) The fees provided under the
Queensland Future Fund (Titles Registry) Act 2021 are payable in relation to a
titles registry function performed under this Act. Note— See the
Queensland Future Fund (Titles Registry) Act 2021 , part 3 .
(2) In this
section—
"titles registry function" see the
Queensland Future Fund (Titles Registry) Act 2021 , section 5 .
