ABORIGINAL LOANS COMMISSION ACT 1974 No. 103 of 1974 - SECT 22

22. The Commission may acquire real or personal property required for the
purposes of a business enterprise of a kind referred to in sub- section 20 (1)
and may, for the purposes of enabling Aboriginals to engage in that
enterprise, sell, lease or otherwise make available property so acquired to an
Aboriginal or Aboriginals or to an approved body, upon such terms and subject
to such conditions as are determined by the Commission.
