ABORIGINAL LOANS COMMISSION ACT 1974 No. 103 of 1974 - SECT 21

21. (1) Where the Commission is satisfied that the making of a loan by a bank,
credit union or other lending institution will be for the purpose specified in
sub-section 20 (1), the Commission may guarantee the due payment of all moneys
(including interest) payable by the borrower in accordance with the terms and
conditions of the loan.

(2) The operation of this section is subject to such limits as the Treasurer
determines as to the total amount of moneys (other than interest) the payment
of which may at any time be the subject of guarantees under this section.
