ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION REGULATIONS 1987 - REG 5J
5J . Manner of advertising prescribed (Act s. 57(2a))
(1) For the purposes
of section 57(2a) of the Act, the CEO is to advertise the application for
a licence in an advertisement published in a newspaper circulated daily in the
State.
(2) The advertisement
is to include —
(a) a
statement indicating submissions about the application may be sent to the
Department of Environment 2 at the address and within the time period
specified in the advertisement; and
(b) the
following particulars —
(i)
the category of prescribed premises under Schedule 1
that describes the main function of the premises to which the application
relates;
(ii)
the name of the applicant;
(iii)
the locality of the premises to which the application
relates;
(iv)
the reference number for the application.
