MARINE SAFETY ACT 2010 (NO. 65 OF 2010) - SECT 382

    (1)     In the heading to section 28D of the Marine Act 1988 , for " operator licence " substitute " marine licence ".

    (2)     In section 28D(6) of the Marine Act 1988 —

        (a)     for "operator licence" (where first occurring) substitute "marine licence";

        (b)     for "an operator licence" substitute

"a marine licence".
