TRANSPORT ACCIDENT ACT 1986 - SECT 230
Amendment of section 60 (medical and like benefits—travel and accommodation expenses for attending funeral)(1) This Act, as amended by section 9 of the amending Act, applies in respect of a transport accident that occurs on or after the commencement date.
(2) In this section—
"amending Act" means the Compensation Legislation Amendment Act 2016 ;
"commencement day" means the day on which section 9 of the amending Act comes into operation.
