PETROLEUM ACT 1998 - SECT 92
Extension of term of authorisation(1) On the application of the holder of a special access authorisation, the Minister may extend the period for which the authorisation remains in force by up to 1 year.
(2) The Minister may only grant such an extension once in relation to an authorisation.
