Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 - SECT 78
Objection by Chief Commissioner
78. Objection by Chief Commissioner
(1) The Chief Commissioner may object to the grant of an application to which
this Division applies on any grounds he or she thinks fit.
(2) An objection must-
(a) be made to the Director in writing within 21 days after the day on
which a copy of the application was given to the Chief Commissioner
under section 77(2); and
(b) state the grounds of, and the reasons for, the objection.
