Grant of application

79. Grant of application



(1) If no objection to an application under this Division is received within
the period referred to in section 78(2)(a) (or that period as extended under
section 174), the Director must grant the application if satisfied that it was
made in accordance with this Act.

(2) If an objection to an application under this Division is received within
the period referred to in section 78(2)(a) (or that period as extended under
section 174), the Director must grant or refuse the application after
considering the objection.
