Court may enlarge jury list, pool or panel
16. Court may enlarge jury list, pool or panel
(1) A court may order that a jury list, pool or panel be enlarged.
(2) If a court makes an order under subsection (1), it may direct the manner
in which the persons may be summoned for jury service.
