Juries Act 2000 - SECT 15 

Person may waive exemption or excuse

15. Person may waive exemption or excuse

A person who has been-

   (a)  exempted from jury service under section 13; or

   (b)  excused from jury service under section 8 or 9-

may waive that exemption or excuse by written notice to the Juries
Commissioner.
