11. Limitation of costs where amount recovered does not exceed $2000

In any proceeding in the Supreme Court on a bill in which the amount
(exclusive of costs) recovered by judgment or otherwise does not exceed $2000
the costs to be allowed to the plaintiff shall not exceed what would have been
allowed if the proceeding had been brought in the County Court unless the
court otherwise orders.
