HEALTH COMPLAINTS ACT 2016 - SECT 82
Statement about failure to give written response(1) The Commissioner may publish a statement setting out the name of a health service provider if the health service provider has failed to provide a written response under section 58 in the time required in a follow up report under section 56(2)(c).
(2) The Commissioner may set out in a follow up statement any other details that are reasonably relevant to advise the public of the recommended action identified by the Commissioner.
(3) A follow up statement must be published on the Internet site of the Commissioner.
