CORRECTIONS ACT 1986 - SECT 104F

This Division applies if the Post Sentence Authority directs a monitored person to attend a community corrections centre as a condition, imposed under section 28(12) of the  Serious Offenders Act 2018 , of the supervision order or interim supervision order to which the monitored person is subject.
