CORRECTIONS ACT 1986 - SECT 104E

In this Part—

"monitored person" means a person who is subject to a supervision order or interim supervision order under the Serious Offenders Act 2018 ;

"officer" means—

        (a)     an officer within the meaning of section 85;

        (b)     a specified officer;

"specified officer" has the same meaning as in the Serious Offenders Act 2018 .
