WORKERS REHABILITATION AND COMPENSATION ACT 1988 - SECT 48

      (1) Subject to subsection (2), a proceeding before the Tribunal shall be heard in private.

      (2) A proceeding before the Tribunal may be open to the public if all the parties to the proceeding so agree.
