WORKERS REHABILITATION AND COMPENSATION ACT 1988 - SECT 48
Proceedings to be in private except in certain cases
(1) Subject to subsection (2) , a proceeding, to which this Act relates,
that is before the Tribunal shall be heard in private.
(2) A proceeding, to which this Act relates, that is before the Tribunal
may be open to the public if all the parties to the proceeding so agree.
(3) This section applies despite section 81
of the Tasmanian Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 2020 .
