Tasmanian Consolidated Acts
(1) A party to a proceeding before the Tribunal may, with the approval of the Tribunal, be represented by a person of that party's choice.
(2) Where it appears to the Tribunal that it should allow a person to present to it the case of a party to a proceeding, the Tribunal shall, where that person is proposed for its approval, satisfy itself that the proposed person has sufficient personal knowledge of the matter to be resolved in the proceeding and is vested with sufficient authority to bind the party.
