Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) An applicant for a licence, or a licensee, may apply to the chief executive for an extended trading hours approval for the premises that are, or are to be, the licensed premises.
(2) If the application is granted, the approval must be endorsed by the chief executive on the licence.
