Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsAn extended trading hours approval authorises the licensee who is the holder of the approval to sell liquor on a regular basis under authority of the licence that relates to the licensed premises for which the approval is granted subject to this Act at the times, and subject to the conditions, stated in the approval.
Note--
Failure by a licensee to comply with the times or the conditions stated in the licensee's extended trading hours approval is, under section 136, a ground for the chief executive to take disciplinary action relating to the licence under section 137.
