61SV Registering an enforcement warrant

(1) The registrar of titles may register a request to record an enforcement warrant only if an office copy of the warrant is lodged with the request.

(2) In this section—


"office copy" of an enforcement warrant under the State Penalties Enforcement Act 1999 means a copy of the enforcement warrant issued by the registrar under that Act.
