Prohibition against demonstration of certain classified computer games
10A Prohibition against demonstration of certain classified computer games
(1) A person must not demonstrate, or attempt to demonstrate, a classified
computer game in a public place unless it is demonstrated with the same title
as the title under which it is classified.
Penalty—
Maximum
penalty—20 penalty units.
(2) A person must not demonstrate, or attempt
to demonstrate, a classified computer game in a public place unless it is
demonstrated in the form, without alteration or addition, in which it is
classified.
Penalty—
Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
(3)
Subsection (2) does not apply in relation to an alteration or addition of a
computer game that consists of a modification mentioned in the Commonwealth
Act , section 20A(2)(a), (d) or (e) or 21(2)(a), (b), (ba) or (3).
