310A Fees may be refunded
(1) This section applies if, before the
commencement— (a) an eligible course provider paid a fee under section 246DH
of the former Act for the approval of a training course; and
(b) the approval
is in force at the commencement.
(2) PSC may refund the proportion of the fee
PSC considers appropriate having regard to the period of the approval left to
run after the commencement.
