38 Other provisions relating to NCAT's jurisdiction
(1) A determination of the Tribunal under this Part may take the form of a
recommendation. Note : A determination is a general decision of the Tribunal
for the purposes of the Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 2013 .
(2) The
Tribunal is required to provide a copy of its determination under this Part to
each party to the proceedings and to the Minister.
