(1) In this section,
"existing interest" means a lease, licence, permit, authority, authorisation
or occupancy under the Forestry Act 2012 or Crown land Acts--
(a) in relation
to land reserved under this Act immediately before the commencement of this
section--in force on that commencement, or
(b) in relation to land reserved
under this Act on or after the commencement of this section--in force at the
date on which the land was so reserved.
(2) The administration of matters
relating to existing interests, to the extent that those interests affect any
land reserved under this Act, is vested in the Minister.
(3) For the purposes
of subsection (2), the Minister has--
(a) in respect of existing interests
under the Forestry Act 2012, the powers of the Minister administering that
Act and of the Forestry Corporation, and
