Online registration of dealings
91A Online registration of dealings
(1) A party to a dealing may register the dealing by means of the
online registration system.
(2) A person must not use the
online registration system for the purpose of registering a prohibited
dealing. : Maximum penalty--50 penalty units.
(3) The regulations may
prescribe the fees payable for use of the online registration system.
(4) In
this section--
"online registration system" means a system or facility for
electronic communication approved by the Secretary that enables the
registration of dealings in the Share Register.
