(2) A receipt is evidence of the payment of
the fishing fee and not an authority to takefish, and accordingly cannot be
refused or made subject to any conditions.
(3) A receipt is to be in a form
approved by the Minister.
(3A) The Secretary is to make appropriate
arrangements to ensure that a person who pays a fishing fee is issued with an
official receipt for the payment.
(4) The regulations may make provision for
the issue of replacement receipts for receipts that are lost, destroyed or
damaged.
