FISHERIES MANAGEMENT ACT 1994 - SECT 34A

34A Definitions

In this Division:
"fishing fee" means a recreational fishing fee payable under this Division.
"fishing fee exemption certificate" means a certificate issued under section 34I and in force.
"official receipt" means a receipt issued under this Division for payment of a recreational fishing fee.
