WHEAT MARKETING ACT 1989No. 58, 1989 - SECT 86

86. (1) Where an amount in respect of levy payable on particular wheat has
been received by the Commonwealth, there is payable to the Board an amount
calculated according to the formula:
LR X PV
TP where:
LR is the amount received;
PV is the percentage determined under subsection 85 (1) in respect of the
season in which levy was imposed on the wheat;
TP is the sum of the percentages determined under subsections 85 (1) and (3)
in respect of that season.

(2) Money payable to the Board under subsection (1) is payable out of the
Consolidated Revenue Fund, which is appropriated accordingly.
