WHEAT MARKETING ACT 1989No. 58, 1989 - SECT 54

54. (1) The Board shall, before 1 September 1989 and before 1 August in each
subsequent calendar year, give to the Minister an annual operational plan
relating to the period of 12 months commencing on the following 1 October.

(2) An annual operational plan shall:

   (a)  set out particulars of the action that the Board intends to take in
        order to give effect to or further, during the period to which the
        plan relates, the objectives set out in the corporate plan applicable
        to the period; and

   (b)  propose action to implement the equal employment opportunity program
        developed under section 47.
