TAXATION BOARDS OF REVIEW (TRANSFER OF JURISDICTION) ACT 1986No. 48, 1986 - SECT 18

18. Section 20 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting before the
definition of "prescribed decision" the following definition:

" 'objector' means a person who has duly lodged, or is to be treated as having
duly lodged, under section 22 an objection against a prescribed decision or an
assessment;".
