TAXATION BOARDS OF REVIEW (TRANSFER OF JURISDICTION) ACT 1986No. 48, 1986 - SECT 17
Secrecy
17. Section 7 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting paragraph (4) (a)
and substituting the following paragraph:
"(a) the Tribunal in connection with proceedings under an Act of which the
Commissioner has the general administration; or".
