SOCIAL SECURITY AND REPATRIATION (BUDGET MEASURES AND ASSETS TEST) ACT 1984 No. 93, 1984 - SECT 45

45. Section 65A of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by omitting from paragraph (1) (a) "and"; and

   (b)  by adding at the end of sub-section (1) the following word and
        paragraph:



"; and (c) paragraph 63 (2) (b) is not applicable in determining the annual
rate of the pension payable to the widow.".
