SOCIAL SECURITY AND REPATRIATION (BUDGET MEASURES AND ASSETS TEST) ACT 1984 No. 93, 1984 - SECT 44

44. Section 64 of the Principal Act is amended-
  (a)   by omitting paragraph (a); and


   (b)  by inserting in paragraph (b) ", under the Repatriation Act 1920 or
under the Tuberculosis Act 1948" after "this Act".
