SOCIAL SERVICES AMENDMENT ACT 1979 No. 121, 1979 - SECT 3

3. Section 6 of the Principal Act is amended-

(a) by omitting from sub-section (1) the definition of ''Director'' and
substituting the following definitions:

'' 'Deputy Director-General' means a Deputy Director-General of Social
Services;

'Director' means a Director of Social Services;

'Director-General' means the Director-General of Social Services;''; and

   (b)  by omitting from sub-section (1) the definitions of ''the Deputy
        Director-General'' and ''the Director-General''.
