CORPORATIONS ACT 2001 No. 50, 2001 - SECT 600D
Interim order on application under section 600A, 600B or(1) Where:
- (a)
- an application under subsection 600A(1), 600B(2) or 600C(2) has not yet been determined; and
- (b)
- the Court is of the opinion that it is desirable to do so;
(2) An interim order must be expressed to apply until the application is determined, but may be varied or discharged.
