ABORIGINAL AND TORRES STRAIT ISLANDER COMMISSION AMENDMENT ACT 1994 No. 100 of 1994 - SECT 22

22. Section 143G of the Principal Act is amended:
(a) by omitting from subsection (1) "Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander
Commission" and substituting " TSRA";

   (b)  by adding at the end of subsection (1) the following word and
        paragraph:

"; and (c) the manner of changing the membership of the TSRA to conform with
changes in the eligible number (including, but not limited to, the holding of
by-elections).";

   (c)  by inserting after paragraph (3)(a) the following paragraph:

"(aa) the determination of the ward in relation to which a person described in
paragraph (a) may vote (if he or she is entitled to vote);".
