AUSTRALIAN CITIZENSHIP ACT 2007 - SECT 53
Delegation(1) The Minister may, by writing, delegate to any person all or any of the Minister's functions or powers under this Act or the regulations.
(2) However, subsection (1) does not apply in relation to
the function under subsection 23A(1) (about approval of citizenship
test) or the power under section 36D (about application for citizenship
cessation order).
