VOCATIONAL TRAINING ACT 1989 - SECT 52 52. The Authority may approve the premises, types of equipment or methods of training which an employer uses, or proposes to use, for the purpose of training a person under a contract of training, if the Authority believes on reasonable grounds that they are suitable for that purpose.
