Admissions made to mediators9. Evidence of anything said, or of any admission made, at a conference conducted by a mediator pursuant to a referral under subsection 8 (1) is not admissible in proceedings in a court or before a tribunal or person having authority under a law in force in the Territory, or by consent of parties, to hear evidence.
