EDUCATION ACT 2004 - SECT 17N
Suspension—review of student's circumstances(1) If a student at a school is suspended, the principal of the school must—
(a) review any reasonable adjustments in place for the student, including reviewing the way an adjustment is implemented; and
(b) make any reasonable adjustments the principal considers would support the student, including changing the way an adjustment is implemented.
(2) In this section:
"adjustment"—see the Disability Standards for Education 2005
(Cwlth), section 3.3.
"reasonable", in relation to an adjustment—see the Disability Standards for Education 2005
(Cwlth), section 3.4.
