CLASSIFICATION (PUBLICATIONS, FILMS AND COMPUTER GAMES) (ENFORCEMENT) ACT 1995 - SECT 54A

In this part:

"influential person", in relation to a body corporate, means—

        (a)     a director or secretary of the body; or

        (b)     a person who is—

              (i)     substantially concerned in the management of the body; or

              (ii)     able to control, or to substantially influence, the body's activities or internal affairs.

"licence" means a licence granted under section 54E.

"registrar" means the Registrar of X 18+ Film Licences under section 54B.
