The Conference venue is in the centre of Sydney's restaurant and entertainment districts and Harbourside attractions. Law via Internet 2001 will present both submitted and invited papers. The conference proper will take place on 29-30 November, and Special Interest Group meetings plus Tutorials on legal research on the web and on building legal web sites will be offered on 28 November. AustLII's 'Law via the Internet '99' presented 50 papers by speakers from 8 countries (http://www.austlii.edu.au/austlii/conference/1999/programme.html) and was sold out, as were the tutorial sessions. Proceeds from the Conference will support AustLII's provision of free access to law via the net.
